Things People Ask Before They Call
How soon can you get out to me?
In most of our core service area we can usually be there same day or next day, depending on how the schedule looks when you call. Book online or call and we will give you a straight answer about the soonest window rather than a vague promise.
Do you charge for the diagnostic visit?
There is a flat diagnostic fee for the visit, and it is waived when you approve the repair estimate. Call us or start an online booking and we will confirm the exact amount for your appliance and location before we come out.
Which brands do you service?
All major brands. Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Electrolux, Speed Queen, Thermador, Sub-Zero, Viking and more. If it is a residential appliance, we almost certainly work on it.
Can you fix it in one visit?
Most of the time, yes. Our vans carry the parts that fail most often. When a part has to be ordered we tell you what it is, what it costs and when it will arrive before you commit to anything.
Are you licensed, insured and certified?
Yes to all three. We are licensed and insured, and EPA certified for refrigerant work. That last one matters: sealed-system refrigerator repairs legally require EPA certification, and plenty of appliance companies simply cannot do them.
What if the appliance is not worth repairing?
We will tell you. If the repair cost is close to the price of a replacement, you get that assessment in writing along with the reasoning. We would rather lose the job than sell you a repair that does not make sense.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
Regularly. We handle multi-unit properties, coordinate access with tenants, and provide the documentation and invoicing that property management companies need. Call us to set up an account.
Do you work weekends?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 7PM. Weekend appointments are available by arrangement, so give us a call and we will see what we can do.
