If a refrigerator fails in an owner-occupied house, it is an inconvenience. If it fails in a rental with guests arriving Friday, it is a cancelled booking. Tell us the deadline when you call and we will give you a straight answer about whether we can meet it. We would rather say no upfront than leave you believing a repair is coming that will not arrive in time.
I do not live in Florida. Can you handle the visit without me?
Yes, and we do this regularly. We coordinate access with your cleaner, manager or key holder, and send you a written diagnosis with what we found, what we did and what it cost. You get the full picture without being on site.
Do you work with vacation rental managers?
Regularly. Short-turnaround properties are a meaningful part of our work on this stretch of coast, and we understand that the schedule is often the whole problem.
Does the beach location damage appliances?
It does. Salt air corrodes refrigerator condenser coils and works into electrical connections, so coastal appliances generally have a shorter life than inland ones. We check for that specifically rather than treating every fault as a coincidence.
Do you cover Edgewater and Oak Hill?
Yes, along with Port Orange, Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach Shores. They are all part of the same eastern coastal route.
