We are a Central Florida company, not a national franchise routing calls to whoever is nearest. The area below is the ground we actually cover ourselves.
Our densest routes run through Lake, Sumter and Volusia counties: The Villages, Leesburg, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach and everything between them. We regularly work the northern region, and we take jobs as far south as Kissimmee when the schedule allows.

How do I know if I am inside your service area?
Draw a box with Ormond Beach at the north, New Smyrna Beach at the east, The Villages at the west and Kissimmee at the south. If your address sits inside that, we come to you. If you are close to the edge, call us anyway. We would rather tell you yes or no in thirty seconds than have you guess.
Do you charge a travel fee for the further towns?
Our diagnostic fee covers the visit within our standard service area. If you are right at the edge of our range we will be upfront about that on the phone before we schedule anything, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Which areas do you cover fastest?
The Villages, Leesburg, Lady Lake, Wildwood, Mount Dora, Eustis and Tavares in the west, and Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach on the coast. Those are our densest routes, so same-day and next-day slots are most available there.
Do you go as far south as Orlando and Kissimmee?
Yes. Orlando, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Clermont and Kissimmee are all within our range. Those runs depend a little more on how the day is routed, so booking a day or two ahead gets you a better choice of windows.
Do you serve property managers across multiple towns?
We do, and it is a good part of our work. If you manage units spread across Lake, Sumter, Volusia, Seminole, Orange or Osceola counties, one call covers all of them. Get in touch and we will set up an account.
