Orlando is toward the southern end of our range, and it is a different kind of work from our western and coastal routes.
The metro area skews toward newer construction, integrated and built-in appliances, condo buildings with their own access requirements, and a very large managed-rental market. All of that suits us: built-ins are exactly the appliances most worth repairing rather than replacing, and property managers value a company that documents its work properly and deals with tenants directly. Because Orlando runs are routed rather than daily, booking a day or two ahead gets you a better choice of windows.

How far into the Orlando metro do you go?
We cover Orlando proper along with Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Apopka, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. Kissimmee is roughly our southern limit.
Can you get here same day?
Sometimes, but Orlando is toward the edge of our range so it depends on how the day is routed. Booking a day or two ahead reliably gets you a good window. Call and we will tell you the earliest we can realistically be there.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes, and it is a substantial part of our Orlando work. We handle tenant coordination directly, provide written diagnostics and invoicing suited to management workflows, and can cover portfolios spread across several counties on one account.
Do you service condos and high-rise buildings?
We do. Building access, service elevators and scheduled loading windows are all routine for us. Let us know the building requirements when you book so we can plan around them.
Are built-in appliances worth repairing?
Usually far more so than freestanding ones. Built-in refrigerators, wall ovens and microwave combos are expensive and integrated into cabinetry, so replacement means both the appliance cost and installation work. These are precisely the appliances designed to be serviced.
