Plenty of appliance companies will replace a fan motor or a door seal. Far fewer will open a sealed refrigeration system.
Sealed-system work (compressors, evaporators, condensers, refrigerant charging) requires EPA certification by law. We hold it. That means when your refrigerator has a genuine refrigeration fault rather than a simple part failure, you are not stuck being told to buy a new one.

Do you repair every appliance in the house?
Every major one, yes. Refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges and cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves and built-in microwave/oven combination units. We do not service small countertop appliances, HVAC systems or water heaters.
Do you work on built-in and high-end appliances?
Yes. Built-in refrigerators, wall ovens, microwave/oven combos, induction cooktops and panel-ready units are routine work for us, including Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Bosch and Miele.
What if you cannot fix it?
You still get a full written diagnosis explaining what failed, why it is not economical or possible to repair, and what to look for in a replacement. Several of our best reviews come from visits that ended in exactly that conversation.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Our labor is warrantied, and parts carry their manufacturer warranty. We will confirm the specific terms for your repair when we give you the estimate.
Can you service rental properties and multi-unit buildings?
Regularly. We work with property managers and landlords across Central Florida, coordinate access directly with tenants, and provide the invoicing and documentation management companies need.
