About the Diagnostic Fee

There is a flat $85 diagnostic fee for the visit, and it is waived completely when you approve the repair estimate.

If you decide not to go ahead, the $85 covers the technician time and you keep the full written diagnosis to use however you like.

Before You Book

Booking Questions

We review it and call you back to confirm the appointment and give you an arrival window. We do not auto-book you into a slot without speaking to you, because half the time a two-minute conversation changes what we need to bring.

It is a flat 85 dollars for the visit, and it is waived entirely when you approve the repair estimate. So if we fix it, you do not pay it. If you decide not to go ahead, the 85 dollars covers the technician time and you keep the written diagnosis.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 7PM. Weekend appointments are available by arrangement, so submit the form or call us and we will see what we can do.

The brand, the model number if you can find it, and a specific description of what it is doing. Model numbers are usually on a sticker inside the door, around the frame, or on the back. It genuinely improves the odds we arrive with the right part on the van.

Someone over 18 needs to provide access. For rentals and second homes we regularly coordinate with tenants, cleaners or key holders instead. Just tell us the arrangement in the notes.
